Under remote administrative supervision, as a contracted Advanced Clinician you will provide in office assessments and therapy and counseling services to youth, couples and families. You will serve as a recruiter and promoter of the services you provide and will build your own caseload. This position is based out of our Marshalltown, Iowa office.

Qualifications:
1. MSW or MA/MS in social work, counseling or family therapy degree. License is required.
2. Possess a calling to ministry or services for God at Quakerdale demonstrated by actively seeking to help those in need through Quakerdale services and the community.
3. Very good interpersonal/communication skills.
4. Belief in the capacity for people to grow and change.
5. Desire to work in a family focused and strength-based program.
6. Passion for travel.
7. Must pass child abuse and criminal records checks.

Functional Family Therapist
Do you want to set your own schedule? Free up your days? Work independently but also contribute to a team? Do you want to be a part of program that works and is helping families? We are in search of an innovator with social work or related degree who wants to connect their personal calling with our Christian Mission, encouraging hope, faith and growth in the families and communities we serve.
This position will allow you to work outside an office and in the community and homes of families, setting your own schedule. It includes extensive on the job training and the ability to promote an evidence-based program.
Under remote administrative supervision, as a contracted Functional Family Therapist you will provide, at a minimum, weekly one-hour, home-based family therapy sessions to 5 to 10 clients. This position will be based out of the therapists home, serving families in the following counties, Calhoun, Hamilton, Hardin, Humboldt, Marshall, Pocahontas and Webster · Fort Dodge and Marshalltown, Iowa
Qualifications:
1. MSW or MA/MS in social work, counseling or related human service degree preferred. We will consider BA candidates in social work, counseling or related human service degree with at least two years experience in human services.
2. Possess a calling to ministry or services for God at Quakerdale demonstrated by actively seeking to help those in need through Quakerdale services and the community.
3. Very good interpersonal/communication skills.
4. Belief in the capacity for people to grow and change.
5. Desire to work in an evidence-based program.
6. Passion for travel.
