How are you doing?

Updated: Apr 10

How are you doing? We cannot ask this question enough right now. The reality is COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) has impacted all of us and forced us to change our every day life and interactions.

Compass Clinical Associates commented in a Facebook post that the stress and anxiety we are experiencing is real. The best thing we can do right now is lend support to one another, we can get through this together. We need to check in with our loved ones, our friends, our neighbors, our co-workers and anyone else you might be concerned about. We need to ask, so how are you doing? And then we need to listen.

Quakerdale Family Services is here for you. If you or someone you know is in need of additional support, please reach out, call us at 641-752-3912 or email us. We will weather this storm.

Here are some additional resources that are important to have available at all times, but especially important now.

Cope Notes - Daily Mental Health Support

Taking Care of Your Behavioral Health: Tips for Social Distancing

Finally, music is an excellent healer and something we can use to assist us in calming our anxiety. Please enjoy this song of hope!
