Access to mental health care in rural areas is a significant challenge. Did you know that 1 in 5 rural residents face mental health issues, but many struggle to get the help they need? Shockingly, 75% of rural communities do not have access to mental health professionals, creating a significant gap in care.

Long travel distances, limited resources, and stigma around seeking help are just some of the barriers that make it difficult for rural communities to get the mental health support they deserve.

It's time for change. We need to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and increase access to care for those who need it the most. Together, we can make a difference. Stay tuned to our page for upcoming ways you can help make a difference, such as participating in local awareness campaigns or supporting telehealth initiatives!
